We require a 50% booking fee for all treatments booked with us. We operate a strict 48 hour cancelation/rescheduling policy. If you reschedule/cancel your booking outside our policy your booking fee will be lost. If you don't show up the business has the right to charge you 100% of your booking. You can reschedule your appointment online, by phone or email up to 48 hours in advance of your appointment with no extra charge and your booking fee will be transferred over to your future booking.
Your booking fee will be deducted from your final bill.
YOU MUST BE OVER 18!!
SICKNESS - If you have COVID-19 or any other illness within the 48 hours of your appointment. Unfortunately, your booking fee will not be transferred to a future appointment and will be lost.
PATCH TESTING - If required, please call or email us to arrange a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. If you do not have a patch test, we cannot go ahead with the treatment but you will still be charged.
PLEASE NOTE - If the front door is locked when you arrive, all therapists are in treatment. Please DON'T knock! Please wait patiently outside for your therapist to come and collect you from the front door.
GIFT VOUCHERS - Please call 01702 602912 or email info@sparenaissance.co.uk to make a booking and to avoid paying the booking fee. Please have your voucher to hand as we will require your registration code to make your booking. To buy a gift voucher you can do this on our website.
