 T&C'S - All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, and must be used before the expiry date or the cost or treatment purchased will be forfeited.  At least 4 weeks notice prior to expiry is required to guarantee an appointment.  Unfortunately expiry dates cannot be extended. Spa Renaissance is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged certificates and duplicates will not be issued or refunded. Please call 01702 602912 or email info@sparenaissance.co.uk to make a booking to redeem your voucher and to avoid paying the booking fee. Please have your voucher to hand as we will require your registration code to secure your booking. Please note - Your voucher code will be used as your booking fee. Failure to give us the correct amount of rescheduling notice will result to the loss of voucher.

Due to new ownership, from the 7th October 2019 any vouchers bought from the previous owners is no longer valid and will not be honored. There was a 2 year expiry date from the date of new ownership to use any old vouchers purchased from the pervious owners, this date has now run out and can not be extended. Old vouchers can not be used, transferred or refunded.
