On Monday the 5th of April 2021 the Government announced that we will be able to open the salon again on Monday 12th April 2021.

 

 

For those clients that have booked appointments previously, we will contact you to reschedule. However, our booking system is now open if you would like to book yourself in. 

In preparation for our opening we have made the following adjustments to abide by the current guidelines to keep you and our staff safe. We can reassure you that we are COVID-19 secure and in line with all the current health and safety legislation.

 

Our reopening plan -

 

  • Felling unwell - Please if you feel unwell or have been unwell in the last 7 days or if you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that does. Please contact us to reschedule your appointment

 

 

  • Treatments - We can currently perform all treatments

 

 

  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Masks, face shields, gloves, and aprons will be worn by all staff and changed after each client. Clients will be asked to wear a mask. If you do not have your own we can provide them for you at a cost of 50p. To cover the cost of staff PPE, additional cleaning products and appropriate client spacing between appointments to ensure your safety an additional £2 charge will be added on top of your bill

 

 

  • Hand Hygiene - Client’s will be asked to wash their hands and use sanitiser when entering the salon. Staff will be washing their hands and using sanitiser before and after each client

 

 

  • Interactions - The reception area will be closed and the door will be locked. We will be reducing the number of people in the salon at a single time to obey social distancing rules

 

  • Arrivals - Client arrival times will be staggered to minimise close contact with others. You will be asked to wait outside or in your cars until your appointment time and we ask you not to arrive to your appointment early

 

 

  • Treatment bubble - To avoid the risk of the salon being shut down if there was a case of the coronavirus in the salon. Upon arrival you will be greeted by your therapist and escorted straight to your very own private treatment bubble. There will be contact with you and your therapist only. Your therapist will stay with you throughout your treatment to reduce the need to replace PPE 

 

 

  • Deposits - We now require you to confirm your booking by email. You will be required to give your card details to secure the booking. There will be no charge onto the card. Failure to do this within 24 hours and your booking will automatically be cancelled. If you do not show up you will be charged 100% of your treatment booked. If you give us less then 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking you will be charged 50% of the treatment booked. As we hope you can understand that these appointments are in high demand, so we are limiting no shows and lateness. We ask if you wish to cancel or rebook please give us more than 48 hours notice

 

 

  • Late appointments - due to the strict cleaning rota in between clients. We may not be able to honour whole your appointment if you are late and you still maybe charged

 

 

  • Appointment only - All services must be booked (no walk ins) you can book online or over the phone

 

 

  • Disinfectant - Extra time in between appointments will be allowed to deeply clean and disinfect equipment and treatment rooms for the next customer

 

 

  • Beverages - All mugs and glasses have been removed. Hot drinks can no longer be served and water will be provided in disposable cups

 

 

  • Payments - We ask that you pay by card/contactless if possible

 

 

  • Toilets - Toilets will be open. If you do need to use our toilet please tell a member of staff so they can disinfect the area after use

 

 

  • Treatment couches - All towels and blankets are washed on a high temperature wash after each customer and couch roll is changed after each treatment 

 

  • Magazines - All magazine have been removed and will no longer be offered

 

 

  • Consultation - All consultations will be over the phone the day before your appointment

 

 

  • Limited people - To minimise the amount of people in the salon, please come to your appointment on your own (no guests) this includes children or we will be unable to fulfil your appointment

 

 

  • Gift vouchers - gift vouchers are still available to buy online through our website. Alternatively, you can buy vouchers over the phone, where you will need to arrange collection. All gift vouchers have been extended. Please visit our 'gift voucher' page on our website for more details

 

 

  • Training - Staff have all been trained to adapt to the new safety rules and are all up to date with all salon hygiene and safety training
