Due  to an increase of business costs there will be a price increase to our treatment menu from January 2022. Appointments booked from the 1st of January will automatically be increased from this date.

This will not effect any gift vouchers bought (treatments vouchers). Treatment vouchers will be honored at the price they was bought for in 2021.

COVID - 19


On Monday the 5th of April 2021 the Government announced that we will be able to open the salon again on Monday 12th April 2021.



For those clients that have booked appointments previously, we will contact you to reschedule. However, our booking system is now open if you would like to book yourself in. 

In preparation for our opening we have made the following adjustments to abide by the current guidelines to keep you and our staff safe. We can reassure you that we are COVID-19 secure and in line with all the current health and safety legislation.


Our reopening plan -



  • Treatments - We can currently perform all treatments



  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - Masks will be worn by our therapists at all times. For the safety of our staff and other customers we would appreciate if you could wear a mask in the salon at all times, however this will be down to your discretion. If you do not have your own we can provide them for you at a cost of £1



  • Hand Hygiene - Client’s will be asked to wash their hands and use sanitiser when entering the salon. Staff will be washing their hands and using sanitiser before and after each client



  • Interactions - The reception area is now open

  • Arrivals - Client arrival times will be staggered to minimise close contact with others. Please arrive to your appointment time no earlier then 5 minutes before you appointment time



  • Deposits - We now require you to confirm your booking by email. You will be required to give your card details to secure the booking. There will be no charge onto the card. Failure to do this within 48 hours before your appointment, your booking maybe be cancelled. If you do not show up you will be charged 100% of your treatment booked. If you give us less then 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your booking you will be charged 50% of the treatment booked. As we hope you can understand that these appointments are in high demand, so we are limiting no shows and lateness. We ask if you wish to cancel or reschedule please give us more than 48 hours notice to not be charged 

  • To cancel or reschedule  bookings you can do this online, by phone or email. We are contactable 7 days a week by email - please note that there will be a delay over the weekend when we are closed



  • Late appointments - due to the strict cleaning rota in between clients. We may not be able to honour your appointment if you are late and you still maybe charged


  • Disinfectant - Extra time in between appointments will be allowed to deeply clean and disinfect equipment and treatment rooms for the next customer



  • Beverages - Hot and cold drinks can now be served



  • Payments - We ask that you pay by card/contactless if possible



  • Toilets - Toilets will be open. If you do need to use our toilet please tell a member of staff so they can disinfect the area after use



  • Treatment couches - All towels and blankets are washed on a high temperature wash after each customer and couch roll is changed after each treatment 


  • Magazines - All magazine can now be offered



  • Consultation - You will receive 2 consultation forms by email 48 hours before your appointment. Please ensure you have filled out both forms before your arrival to reduce any delays



  • Limited people - To minimise the amount of people in the salon, please come to your appointment on your own (no guests) this includes children or we will be unable to fulfil your appointment



  • Gift vouchers - gift vouchers are still available to buy online through our website. Alternatively, you can buy vouchers in the salon Tuesday - Saturday during our opening hours. All gift vouchers have been extended. Please visit our 'gift voucher' page on our website for more details



  • Training - Staff have all been trained to adapt to the new safety rules and are all up to date with all salon hygiene and safety training
